I'm Shelby
I am a graduate of Westmore Academy of Cosmetics Arts in Burbank,CA. I participated and completed advance training in makeup for motion pictures and television. By participating in this course I learned the dimension of color and harmonies... putting the “ART” into makeup artist. 480 hours later I acquired essential skills of beauty and glamour for print, runway, and video in both color and black and white mediums required in the fashion and photography industry.
There is nothing more special than being able to be a part of your clients big day, making her feel her ultimate best.
My career started after returning to San Diego in 2009 when I started at MAC Cosmetics in Nordstrom. After building up my skills and clientele I decided it was time to start my own freelance business. I broke into the wedding industry and fell in love with everything about it.
I have had the opportunity to work with big name photographers for advertising photo shoots and magazine. You can now see my work on local celebrities and A listers in San Diego! Im blessed how far I have come and can not wait to see how far I can go.
